By using any part of this Website, completing your customer registration with us and/or placing an order on the Website you agree to be bound by the Noctum Productions Terms and Conditions. We strongly recommend that you read these Terms and Conditions before you place your order.

Purchasing Goods

To be eligible to purchase goods on this Website you must register your personal information with name, address and payment details.

Once you have placed your order, we will email you an order confirmation of your order. Once the order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email with a copy of the invoice stating that your order has been completed, and if possible a tracking number so you can easily track your order.

Please note: a legally binding purchase agreement is first entered when you have received an invoice from us stating that the order has been completed. Noctum Productions, therefore, retains the right to cancel your order as a result of printing errors, technical problems, delivery failure, and similar situations.

Noctum Productions can cancel an order if it is not possible to deliver the ordered item. You will be informed if such a situation should occur, any payment made will be refunded in full.

Shipping and Delivery

Noctum Productions will deliver the goods in accordance with the delivery address entered during check-out. We use different freight forwarders, and delivery costs vary depending on the destination and the total weight of the order. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.

Noctum Productions does not guarantee delivery on specific dates. When a delivery date is agreed upon, this shall be regarded as a target which we and our subcontractors work towards. Orders are typically shipped once a week on Wednesdays. From the day of shipment, parcels sent within Denmark have an estimated delivery time of 1–4 business days.

We offer worldwide shipping. Delivery times vary depending on destination:

Denmark: 1–4 business days
EU: 2–5 business days
United Kingdom: 3–6 business days
USA & Canada: 3–7 business days
Asia Pacific and other international destinations: 4–10 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing and local delivery conditions.

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Noctum Productions uses carriers such as GLS, PostNord, UPS and DHL depending on destination and service availability.

Noctum Productions cannot be held liable for delays or missing shipments caused by third-party carriers, customs, or incorrect address details provided at checkout.

Payment

Noctum Productions accepts MasterCard and Visa through Billwerk/Clearhaus and most other cards via PayPal. All payments are processed through secure servers at Billwerk/Clearhaus or PayPal. We won’t charge your card until your goods are dispatched from our warehouse.

For customers inside the EU, all prices on this website include 25% Danish VAT.

Security and privacy

Your online security and privacy are important priorities for us. All communication between our payment system and you as the cardholder is made via a Secure Socket Layer (SSL connection). Your account details, email, and password are stored securely on our servers. In the case of a data breach, we will contact you immediately. We encourage you to use unique passwords for all the services you access on the Internet.

Returns

Noctum Productions operates a 14-day return policy from the day you receive your goods. Please follow the instructions on our returns form if you wish to make a return.

Please note that Noctum Productions does not cover shipping costs for return goods. We recommend you obtain a shipping receipt with tracking information. Noctum Productions will not accept returns as Collect on Delivery (COD). For more information and guidance on how to return please go to Return Policy.

Once we receive your returned item(s) it will be processed within 72 hours, and we return the amount to your account as soon as possible. To eliminate the risk of fraud, these payments are reverted to the card or PayPal account you used when purchasing the goods.

Items should be returned in the same condition as received. Please ensure that you have taken reasonable care to make certain that it is returned safely, not damaged in transit or show any sign of usage. Should this be the case, you will be liable for the deterioration in the product value.

In some cases, merchandise will be given to us directly from the seller, which means you might receive products that may have been on tour, stored in the back of a van or in a rehearsing room, or otherwise show signs of “road wear”. All products sold on this site, however, are unused.

Items made or manufactured to order are non-refundable.

Claims

We operate according to the Danish Sale of Goods Act and the guidelines set out by the Danish Consumer Agency. This means that you have a 24 months warranty on faulty goods from the day you receive your item. You must make a claim within a reasonable time after receiving your items in order to obtain full credit or the options of either a repair or a price deduction. This warranty is voided if the claim is caused by you as a result of misuse, repair or normal tear and wear.

Should you wish to make a claim over a faulty item please contact us directly via e-mail: contact@livloesband.com. A Noctum Productions employee will shortly thereafter contact you to arrange a replacement product or full return.
